Items in stock: If paying by PayPal you can order directly from the web page showing the item or items you wish to order. The shopping cart feature will automatically calculate shipping and state tax charges (for NC orders). If you wish to pay by check or money order, send us an email to jerryandsam@acwtoysoldiers.com listing what you want. We will send you an invoice via email for items and shipping and we will hold your items for 10 days. Please print the invoice and send with your personal check, cashier's check or money order to the address below. We will ship once funds are received if payment is by money order or cashier's check. ACW Toy SoldiersItems not in stock or on backorder: If a desired item is on back order, send us an email or letter indicating your interest and we will notify you when we have it in stock. In general, we prefer to arrange for payment after the set is in stock as it can take several weeks for some items to arrive but we may require a deposit for large orders or special orders.
Shipping: We ship sets by USPS Priority Mail insured unless other arrangements are made. Shipping charges via PayPal buttons are for U.S. delivery only.
Satisfaction is Guaranteed. Return any undamaged merchandise (insured) within 10 days and receive a full refund (excluding shipping). Prices are subject to change without notice.
We welcome foreign orders. Please email us for overseas shipping and payment terms (PayPal is preferred). We will post the actual cost on Customs Declarations.
